Sorry but we do not, we ship within The United States only (except Alaska and Hawaii)
2. How long does it take to receive an order?
The time frame depends on the items you are ordering. Not all items are in stock, some are made to order. Please check the stock status by emailing us to info@1unfinishedfurniture.com or calling at 1-888-646-8577
3. Can you custom finish my order for me?
At this time we do not offer custom finishing. We hope to add that soon. Once we do we will not ship custom finished products.
4. Can you send me your catalog?
Sorry but we do not have a printed catalog. Our items are available online at our website.
5. What are your hours?
Our customer service phone lines are open for you Monday-Friday 10am-5pm eastern time.
Our showroom in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 11am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
6. Where is your furniture made?
We have few different manufacturers from different parts of the world. Some pieces are made in US, some are imported. Please specify which item you are interested is and we will check that for you.
7. Can you build custom furniture?
We can semi custom and modify some items. But in general we do not build custom furniture.
8. How difficult is assembly of your furniture?
Usually the furniture comes with pre-drilled holes and requires putting the screws and dowels in. Hardware is included. Difficulty level depends on the specific piece.
9. Can we open a wholesale account with you?
Sorry but we do not of offer wholesale.
10. Do you provide wood, fabric and finishing samples?
Sorry but we do not offer samples.
11. How do I finish my piece?

12. How do you ship your furniture?
Most unassembled furniture ships with FedEx or UPS. Large pieces like dining tables and assembled furniture ship motor freight.
13. Can you modify the size of your furniture for me?
No, all items are only available as shown on the website.
14. Do you accept checks or money orders?
Yes, we do. Please email or call us first prior to sending a check or money order. We will check the availability of the piece and the total price. When sending a check or money order, please make sure to include your name, shipping address, phone number and email address and the items you wish to order.
15. Will you add a sales tax to my order?
No tax will be added on the orders that are shipped outside of New Jersey. 7% sales tax will be added to all orders from New Jersey.
16. If I order something that is out of stock when will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card is automatically authorized after you place your order online. We will not actually charge your card until we are ready to ship.
17. What types of credit card do you accept?
